=> Most of the websites we build are self managed. A person not having much of IT skills but know how to send an email with an attachment would be able to learn how to manage the website from a password protected admin interface.
=> We will provide one month of free support for bug rectifications after the site has been made live. This support does not include addition / alteration of features. After the support period, our charges will be at USD 15 per man hour for bug rectification and feature addition/alteration.
=> Yes, at the end of project after publishing your application to live platform (we mention this is scope of work) we will provide you with the source code.
=> We use proven and effective development process which is totally transparent. You can check your application work progress on our development server so that you can have complete Idea of your application progress. The complete scope of work is defined at the initial phase of development and approved by you, If minor changes required between and after of development process can be changed soon. => We charge USD 13 – USD 20 per hour to offer our single resource to you for hire. You can have a discount on hourly rate if you will require dedicated resource for long term, Just contact us to discuss more about it.
=> Never. We are expert and we solve the small changes very quickly. But if the changes are time consuming and additional, then only we take small charges for it.
